Details: SUMMARY: Customer Complaint Follow-Up DETAILS: Received a complaint of discolored water from a customer at City of Echo. Spoke with Diane, the city recorder. The city had been flushing hydrants recently, which stirred up sediment in the pipes. Diane called the complainant to explain the situation. ACTION NEEDED: none
