Details:	SUMMARY: Nitrate Monitoring Violation Follow-Up DETAILS: Bill W. called after receiving a violation postcard. Reviewed open violations including no nitrate samples in 2014 nor 2015. System score now makes them a priority non-complier. The system is closed for winter. I advised Bill to collect both nitrate and coliform samples prior to opening in June. ACTION NEEDED: System to collect nitrate and bacteria samples.
