Details: SUMMARY: Lead Sample Follow-Up DETAILS: Spoke with Sam. Discussed the following: New fixtures were installed in the kindergarten and 1st/2nd grade rooms before the Feb 10, 2016 samples were collected. The Feb. 10 samples show the kindergarten sample was over the action level, and the 1st/2nd grade and 5th/6th grade rooms were just below the action level, so there is still a problem. A map of the plumbing for the building is being prepared to see what other plumbing could be contributing to the high lead levels. The required notice was posted and distributed earlier this year, and you will send me a dated copy. Once the map of the plumbing is done and it is determined what other plumbing needs to be replaced, a date by which the lead issue will be resolved will be provided. ACTION NEEDED: See above.
