Details:	SUMMARY: Sanitary Survey Corrective Action DETAILS: The system sent an e-mail dated 1-18-2016 with a photograph of a raw water sample tap installed on their public water system with the installation date noted as 1-14-2016 in response to a sanitary survey of the water system conducted on 9-30-2015. The water system contact was notified of the remaining corrective action due by both telephone and e-mail at her request. ACTION NEEDED: Provide written verification that the chlorine residual is being measured and recorded at the required frequency and the date the corrective action was made, or be on an approved schedule for correction by March 12, 2016.
