Details:	SUMMARY: Reviewed Monthly Disinfection Report Form DETAILS: Spoke with Nancy regarding how the monthly disinfection from should be filled out. Confirmed that there was a decimal point error in the March report. The lowest chlorine measurement should have been written in as 0.5 instead of ".05" as was done on the March form. Nancy confirmed that the chlorine samples turned a pink color, which they would not if the residual was in fact 0.05 mg/l. I also noted that the daily measurements and times must be recorded on the form daily, not just carried down from the first day of the month. I revised the form to include the items that remain constant from month to month and am sending Nancy a copy to use from this point onward. Also reviewed the operator certification requirements. Nancy said that both the manager Alan and she would attend the May 26 small water system training course in Pendleton. ACTION NEEDED: System to fill out future monthly disinfection report from correctly, attend SWSTC, designate DRC operator.
