Details:	SUMMARY: Lead and Copper Sampling - Scheduling and WQ Parameters DETAILS: In December 2015 the system took 5 LCR samples when it should have taken 10. In March 2016 to date the system has recorded 9 samples when it should have taken 10 (Operator - Gary Wirfs stated 1 bottle leaked in transit and has been replaced, results to follow). On March 29 of 2016 I spoke with Gary Wirfs about water quality monitoring and that it is not necessary to take parameters on each sample, he stated that once the standard is produced it is just as easy to take 2 or 3 parameters as it is to take one on each sample.At the same time I also spoke with him and advised him to take his final round of modified monitoring after July, 1, 2016. ACTION NEEDED: Monrovia North # 41 94336 needs to record 1 more LCR sample for the month of March 2016.Monrovia North # 41 94336 needs to take 10 more samples between the months of July 2016 and September 2016.
