Details:	SUMMARY: Receipt of Water Survey Report and Action Updates DETAILS: Spoke with Gary Lillie by phone regarding his receipt of the water system survey report, his understanding of the requirements and my receipt of documents sent by him by mail. after the conversation and review of documents he sent me, I sent the following email (4/6/16): Gary,Thank you for calling and officially telling me you received the letter I sent about the water system survey report for the church and that you understand the requirements.I did review both the (1) document in the letter you recently mailed and the (2) document you gave me at the time of the survey and with the (3) coliform sampling plan in your possession you meet the requirements for the written emergency response plan, written operations and maintenance manual and the written coliform sampling plan. Please note that your operations and maintenance manual may need to be updated if/when you change to a different water source. I anticipate hearing from Jay (the state engineer reviewing the church plan for a new well) about your progress. ACTION NEEDED: None.
