Details:	SUMMARY: follow up to TC+ routine sample DETAILS: A coliform sample collected on 5/4/16 was positive for total coliform bacteria. All precautions were taken at the time of the sample. System is to take the required follow up samples and go from there. ACTION NEEDED: Take 3 repeat samples and a triggered source sample from each active source (which was all 3). 3 temporary routine samples will be needed in June. Further action will be based on the results.
