Details:	SUMMARY: Request for Technical Assistance - L&C M&R DETAILS: Today, Mr. Zastrow sent an e-mail (pzastrow@gorge.net) to us that said:"Lets try to hook up next week to look at sites. Completed the course offered last week in The Dalles for small water certification. Still doing monthly coliform tests to send in, and twice a week chlorine residuals (with a quarterly check for my accuracy sent in)."We responded via e-mail:"… I ask that you make every effort to identify appropriate sample sites in advance of our meeting…. I recommend that you use our new County Web-Map system to identify homes that meet the tier criteria under rule:http://hrccd.co.hood-river.or.us/county-webmap/The interactive database includes dates for when most homes in the County were built. We believe that the dates correspond with the original building permits issued for the homes. The online software works best using MS Internet Explorer. Make sure that you set the ‘Zoom’ to 100% for all of the features to work properly.Further, for each sample site identified, a special form needs to be completed and sent to the Oregon Health Authority. It would be incredibly helpful if those forms were completed ahead of our meeting (one form for each sample site).Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
