Details:	SUMMARY: Regulatory Assistance/Violations DETAILS: Doug called because he received a violation card in the mail. He said the water system has been down since last year and they are finishing up this week with improvement to the system. Once the water system is back up, Doug said he would take a total coliform sample. He also informed me the recent improvements would allow the WS to remain pressurized year-round. Since the RTCR requires monthly sampling for seasonal systems, violations for not reporting will be issued for April and May 2016. Doug asked if those violations could be removed since the system was still shutdown. ACTION NEEDED: Change operating period for WS to year-round and coliform monitoring back to quarterly.
