Details: SUMMARY: Alter Follow Up for TG TC+ DETAILS: One triggered sample from well #5 tc+ following routine positive. Talked with Jeannette, Mac and Edge. They will take this well off line while they chlorinate and flush and resample. They have the level one investigation form and I helped them with a chlorine recipe to 10ppm. ACTION NEEDED: Get me completed level 1 investigation form within 30 days.
