Details:	SUMMARY: L1 assessment triggered from TC+ repeat samples DETAILS: Mark had collected 3 repeat samples and a triggered source sample on 7/6/16. All samples tested positive for total coliform bacteria. Mark has the level 1 investigation form. The system will determine if they should batch chlorinate and flush or just flush. The total coliform was likely caused from the well pump replacement in the past week. ACTION NEEDED: Level 1 form was turned in to DWS on 7/8/16. No additional action needed at this time.
