Details:	SUMMARY: Alert Issued for an Arsenic Sample that Tested at 0.245 mg/L DETAILS: 6-24-16 --- Tried reaching Tom Jarmer regarding this Alert: I left a message on each of his phone numbers stating that a public notice needs to be distributed (per Scott Curry) and I advised him to call DWS at 971-673-0405. He left a voice mail back saying he called 971-673-0405 and got someone named Dianes voice mail. He added that he would be out of town until the night of 6-27-16 and that the 0.245 sample result DID NOT reflect a blended sample but was representative of Well #6 only.6-28-16 --- Spoke with Tom Jarmer: he informed me a contractor will be looking at Well #4 to see if it can be brought back up to speed - it is presently not producing much. Well #6, the emergency well has been activated. Tom is also looking into the cost of treatment: I gave him Scott Currys phone number for plan review instructions.6-28-16 --- After speaking with Casey Lyon I left a message for Tom J. and e-mailed him the Tier 2 public notice. ACTION NEEDED: None.
