Details:	SUMMARY: Def F/U DETAILS: Met Mike on site. Wellhead is now protected from flooding. New concrete poured and all gaps sealed. Deficiency corrected.Sanitary seal and casing are now water tight. All holes sealed.Deficiency Corrected.No ERP and O/M manual. Mike said he had them both almost complete but he couldnt locate them when I arrived. I told him to come by the office sometime so I could look at them and answer his questions.Well does not meet setbacks from hazards. Mike is still getting bids for the project. They will make a decision as to who to hire soon. He hopes to have the work done this summer. ACTION NEEDED: None.
