Details: SUMMARY: Transfer of Responsibilities for PWS 01518 and PWS 01519 DETAILS: On July 20, 2016 I received a memo dated July 13, 2016 from Daniel Wilson of the City of Newberg indicating that as of July 31, 2016 the City of Newberg will no longer be operating or have direct responsible charge (DRC) of the two small water systems known as PWS ID 41-01518 (Newberg-Springs, City of) and PWS ID 41-01519 (Newberg-Oliver Springs). As of August 1, 2016, the new water provider for these systems will be Chehalem Springs Water Association. I contacted Gary VanDerVeen with Yamhill County to discuss the change. Gary said that he will follow-up to facilitate the transition.
