| Details: | SUMMARY: Corrections from Douglas Co. Parks Halfmoon Bay Survey 4/13/16 DETAILS: Significant deficiencies:1. Public notice not issued as required (OAR 333-061-0042). Public notice for the monitoring period of January 1, 2016–January 31, 2016 was not posted for total coliform. Operator will need to fill out public notice and post on site. Operator will also need to email a copy of the public notice to the State in order to return to compliance.Recommendations:2. There is an operations and maintenance manual for the water system however it has not been updated since before the previous survey in 2009. Please update your manual with the most current information.3. The emergency response plan has been completed for this water system, however, the emergency response plan should also be updated to reflect current procedures for your system. Provided a more recent new copy of the assessment and vulnerability assessment. Please review and update your assessment to the new and more current one. ACTION NEEDED: Correction of all significant deficiencies have been completed.1. Public notice was posted and submitted to the state.2. Operations and maintenance manual was updated.3. Emergency response plan was also updated. | ||
