| Details: | SUMMARY: Detection of Pentachlorophenol less than 0.001 mg/l MCL DETAILS: An alert was generated 10/7/15 for entry point sampling at EP-B for Springs and Wells due to a detection of pentachlorphenol at 0.00011 mg/l. The MCL for pentachlorophenol is 0.001 mg/l. A routine consecutive quarterly sample at EP-B for pentachlorophenol on 6/23/15 and a confirmation sample at EP-B on 12/22/15 were both non-detect. Based on the three quarterly consecutive samples for the groundwater sources, it was deemed sufficient to resume sampling at a frequency of two consecutive quarterly samples taken every 3 years. ACTION NEEDED: Report detection in CY 2015 CCR and resume 3-year sampling. | ||
