Details:	SUMMARY: A Site Visit was Conducted in Response to Missing Aprils Daily Log Sheet DETAILS: Discussed with Chad, the assistant manager, the June daily log sheet and the missing April daily log sheet. The completed, signed and dated chlorine residual log sheet was provided at inspection. I provided the correct fax number to the Portland secure fax line for them to fax it to, as they were faxing it to the incorrect Pendleton location in the past.This morning I received confirmation from Bill Goss that the drinking water program received April and Junes daily chlorine residual log sheet. ACTION NEEDED: No action needed.
