Details:	SUMMARY: Water System Survey Deficiencies have been Corrected DETAILS: Mr. Chawla stated that the deficiencies from the water system survey conducted on 08/02/2016 have been corrected. He stated that a raw water sample tap is in place, that the concrete slab around the wellhead has been replaced, and that the firm now has the coliform sampling plan, emergency response plan, and operations and maintenance manuals on file. ACTION NEEDED: None.
