Details:	SUMMARY: Violation Received in Error DETAILS: Kim called because he received a vio postcard in the mail. System issued two violations for not sampling in April and June, system is year round so should not have been issued. Contacted Chuck M. and asked that they be removed and he did remove them both. ACTION NEEDED: None.
