Details:	SUMMARY: FUNDING ASSISTANCE – SIPP LOI DETAILS: The Otter Rock Water District is a ground water system service 125 full-time residents through 139 connections. The system source water is 3 springs. The district originally contacted the Circuit Rider due to a significant water loss event. This event was resolved, but the system requested assistance with the Letter of Interest for the IFA SIPP planning program. Provided preliminary assistance with the SIPP Letter of Interest. ACTION NEEDED: Assist with completion of the Funding Application
