Details:	SUMMARY: Discussed Significant Deficiency Noted on Water System Survey Completed on 9/10/15 Regarding Plan Review Required for the Storage Reservoirs DETAILS: I discussed the above referenced survey deficiency with Jo Vance, Program Director for the camp. She was unaware of the issue. The former executive director had not made her aware of the issue. I explained that a plan review is needed for the storage reservoirs. I explained that documentation will need to be submitted to the OHA Drinking Water Services. I suggested that they submit a Corrective Action Plan ASAP. Then they can put together the information necessary for the plan review to submit to OHA. ACTION NEEDED: Submission of Corrective Action Plan and Plan Review materials.
