Details:	SUMMARY: TC Positive Alert Response DETAILS: Walter called after receiving word of the TC positive result from the lab. Reviewed follow-up sampling requirements of three repeat samples and one triggered source sample. Reviewed sampling procedure. Walt said he set the lid down while collecting the sample, which could have caused the TC positive result. ACTION NEEDED: System to collect repeat and source samples.
