Details:	SUMMARY: Positive TC DETAILS: Sample taken 9/1/16 was positive for TC. System had not been flushed prior to school opening and sample taking which is the standard procedure for the building. Tom was taking three repeat samples and one from the well tap (pitless adapter). ACTION NEEDED: Sample as required.
