| Details: | SUMMARY: Chart Recorder Out of Order DETAILS: John called to find out what to do with the 4-log form for the month of September because the probe was not working for several days. I told John to make note of that on the form. The probe has since been repaired and is working fine. The facility does not have the staff to monitor the unit daily so there are times where they dont know for several days if theres a problem. John did not have a backup for checking the chlorine residual if the chart recorder was not functioning properly. I told him they were required to have some way of checking the chlorine…i.e. color wheel etc. ACTION NEEDED: None. | ||
