| Details: | SUMMARY: Kim Initially Contacted this System. I Reviewed with Operator Protocols after a Routine TC Positive DETAILS: TC positive follow-up sampling: Take 3 samples for coliform and mark them repeats. One at same site as the positive routine and on upstream and one downstream. Take one coliform sample at the source - mark it Triggered, or Source. Take a nitrate because it is due this year, and take 3 additional routine samples in October. ACTION NEEDED: Doesnt have any bottles, may have to take samples next week after having bottles mailed. See above for what to do. | ||
