Details:	SUMMARY: Def F/U DETAILS: Called and left message on 9/16/16. Their office hours are Tuesdays and Thursdays. The water systems significant deficiencies resolve date is 9/30.Mike Hatfield called back on 9/19/16. They have put in a bid and are actively working on testing and removing the oil tank buried within 12 feet of the well.The O/M & ERP manual are close to being done, there are a few questions they had that they can fill out and complete during the next meeting. ACTION NEEDED: Schedule a time to meet with Mike Hatfield and Jack (preferably a Thursday in the late afternoon for them) and check their O/M & ERP manual.
