Details:	SUMMARY: Follow-up Call to Discuss Violations for Missing NO3 and Source Coliform Samples DETAILS: Talked to Kelly about the missing 2015 NO3 and Source coliform samples. She will be contacting their lab to assure they have the right bottles to take the samples and to make sure they have the proper instructions for collecting the samples. ACTION NEEDED: Awaiting sample submission and results.
