Details:	SUMMARY: No Coliform Samples Taken DETAILS: Informed the owners wife that we have not received any Coliform samples this year or last. She said she did take sample, however, they did not fill out the paper wok correctly and they used expired bottles.I informed her that she needs to take sample as soon as possible. She said she would. ACTION NEEDED: None.
