Details:	SUMMARY: Triggered Source and Three Distribution Repeat Samples Collected 9-22-16 Tested TC+ DETAILS: 9-23-16 ---Rebekha called on Friday stating that her colform repeat samples came back positive. At this time I had not received the alert but I told her that she should be expecting some paper work from the State, and that Mike Obereigner will be in contact with her when he gets back on October 3rd, but in the meantime shock chlorinate the system. I made a call to Scott Curry to verify that there was nothing else that needed to be done at this time. Scott called back on Monday 9/26/16 and verified that the State would be sending the system an investigative form and until that is filled out there is nothing more that needs to be done at this time.10-3-16 --- Mike Obereigner called Rebekah to coordinate a Level 2 Coliform Investigation. ACTION NEEDED: Level 2 Coliform investigation, monthly coliform sampling beginning in October, shock chlorination recommended.
