Details: SUMMARY: Water System Survey Follow Up DETAILS: During a level 2 investigation for coliform the operator indicated that he had repaired the vent. He has installed a vented cap with screening. I hiked up to the reservoir to verify. ACTION NEEDED: This resolves the deficiency from the 2011 survey.
