Details:	SUMMARY: TC+ repeat samples DETAILS: The water system had an initial positive on 10/18/16. 3 repeat samples and 1 triggered source sample were collected on 10/19/16. The three repeat samples were positive for total coliform bacteria. The triggered source sample was absent for bacteria. System is triggered into a Level 1 investigation. Form will be sent to the system to fill out. No additional sampling required by DWS. System to resume regular monitoring in November. Systems call on any operational procedures they wish to undertake. ACTION NEEDED: Complete Level 1 investigation form and submit to DWS. No additional action at this time.
