Details:	SUMMARY: Def-Follow-Up - Unable to Establish Contact DETAILS: Since our last formal communication (10/3/16) with the water system operator, Hood River County Health Department, Environmental Health office (EH) has had difficulty communicating with the operator. ACTION NEEDED: Within 14 days (functional deadline of 5pm, 11/18/16), the operator shall submit a formal corrective action plan to Hood River County Health Department. The corrective action plan shall detail the manner by which the operator will resolve the outstanding significant deficiency reported to the operator after the 5/28/16 water system survey.
