Details:	SUMMARY: FU to TC+ 10/30/16 DETAILS: The operator feels highly confident that the failed result is due to human error in taking the sample. The sample was taken from the end of a garden hose that had been on the ground and the sample was taken in a rain storm where he was rushing to get it collected. He did not clean the hose end very well and so thinks the most likely cause of the failed test is because of that error.He was informed that he needs to follow his sampling plan and he needs to do 3 repeats. ACTION NEEDED: Repeat sampling.
