| Details: | SUMMARY: TC+ Alert Follow Up DETAILS: All 3 repeats TC+. Triggered source sample absent. Special post reservoir sample also positive. Gene will flush the reservoir enough to turn entire volume of water over and take additional samples. The reservoir seems to be the location of contamination but they are unable to pinpoint it yet. ACTION NEEDED: Take corrective action(s) and complete and submit level 1 investigation. | ||
