Details:	SUMMARY: Coliform Positive DETAILS: Firm will need to collect 3 REPEAT samples and 1 TRIGGERED source sample within the next week. If the samples come back clean (no coliform) then they won’t have to conduct an investigation, but in both cases the firm will be required to collect 3 routine samples in December.
