Details:	SUMMARY: Source Assessment Sample DETAILS: Siuslaw Marina took a source sample even though they are confirmed E.coli. I talked to Kirby on the phone and he stated they received a letter stating they needed to collect a source sample. I will stop tomorrow and look at the letter Siuslaw is referring to. ACTION NEEDED: No more source samples.
