Details:	SUMMARY: System Now a Community System DETAILS: Machelle contacted me to inform me they now have 25 people on the system. Owners (Schneider Homes) have not turned over anything to the Homeowners Assoc. so they would like enforcement to start. I contacted Schneider Homes and spoke to Marguerite Goneau. Informed her that the system still hasnt completed plan review process, explained chemical monitoring requirments, operator training etc. She said she would get on this right away. I contacted City of Tangent and they sent me the "Covenant, Conditions and Restrictions" for this system. It states that the title shall be conveyed to the Homowners Assoc. not later that 60 days after 17 of 22 lots shown have been conveyed or 7 years from the date of the Declaration - both of these have happened. ACTION NEEDED: Wait approximately 1 week and follow up with Marguerite.
