| Details: | SUMMARY: Operator Did Not Understand Why They Were Issued Violation DETAILS: After Sept 12 positive TC, operator took 4 samples marked repeat from distribution system. One of them should have been marked Triggered and taken at source. Operator checked record and noted that one of the results was marked TG/Source. ACTION NEEDED: Advised her to contact Umpqua Research to insure they reported this result to the DWS. It seems there may be a reporting oversight. | ||
