Details: SUMMARY: Annual Nitrate Test Above 50% of the MCL at 6.3 ppm DETAILS: I spoke to Nonette the office manager regarding the recent test results. I am not recommending that this system go to quarterly testing. It is currently a state regulated water system. I did explain that the drinking water rules require an annual nitrate test and quarterly bacterial. They have not been meeting this standard. They are working with Edge Analytical to test their water. They supply bottled water for drinking as they have repeatedly stated they dont like the aesthetic quality of the well water.We also spoke about the average daily population. She stated it was 25 but wanted to check with her HR person to insure the number was correct. I explained that if in fact it is 25 they would need to reclassify as an NTNC system. I also explained the testing requirements for that classification. ACTION NEEDED: I will make contact with them soon to verify the average daily population and reclassify the system if necessary.
