Details: SUMMARY: Routine Sample Taken 11/8/2016 Positive for Total Coliform Bacteria DETAILS: Talked to Gary Fromm. He will follow the coliform sampling plan and take 3 repeat samples and 1 from the well head. Sent him a coliform sampling plan.email to Gary:You have the right idea-- take: 1 triggered sample from the well head.3 repeat samples: 1 repeat sample from the tap where you took the original sample 1 repeat sample within 5 connections downstream 1 repeat sample within 5 connections upstreamIf any of the repeat samples are positive for coliform bacteria, call me (541) 265-0431. I will send you a Level 1 Investigation Form that you complete and send back to me for approval. This process is meant to eliminate any problems in the system.Attached is the coliform sampling plan that public water systems are required to have and to follow.
