Details:	SUMMARY: Drinking Water Survey Deficiency Correction DETAILS: I spoke with Mrs. Cynthia Grossman on the telephone to discuss the significant deficiencies noted during the drinking water survey, and to remind her that deficiency corrections are due on February 7, 2017. She stated that the Operations and Maintenance Manual, Coliform Sampling Plan, and Emergency Response plan have not been completed, but that she plans to complete them soon. An arsenic sample has not yet been collected. Mrs. Grossman agreed to contact her water testing lab toobtain past arsenic test results, or to arrange an arsenic sample, and to submit test results. The system has not yet undergone plan review. Mrs. Grossman agreed to contact the Region 1 Plan Review Coordinator to arrange for plan review. ACTION NEEDED: The water system has not yet corrected deficiencies. Corrective actions remain due on February 7, 2017.
