| Details: | SUMMARY: PNC Investigation DETAILS: John returned my phone call today and we discussed the monitoring & reporting violations the WS has (system score of 26). The WS failed to monitor for nitrate and arsenic from each of its 4 wells in 2016. A round of both SOC and VOC were also due in 2016 (at the EP for wellfield). John said he would contact his testing lab and begin collecting the missing samples. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on status of chemical monitoring that is overdue. | ||
