Details:	SUMMARY: Violation Resolution DETAILS: I talked with John Jackson, the maintenance person for this firm, regarding the water sampling to be conducted at the firm. I provided a sampling schedule for the water system (yearly source TC, quarterly TC, and yearly Nitrate) as well as an updated coliform sampling plan template. I noted that a raw water sample tap was not evident on the water system survey conducted in 2014 and to install a raw water sample tap if the system has yet to install one. If installed, I instructed Mr. Jackson to take a picture with his phone and send it to me via email. ACTION NEEDED: None.
