Details:	SUMMARY: Contact for COLI16575 DETAILS: Ms. Kness and I met in office today (2/24/2017) and she stated the system has recently serviced the storage tank, and experienced loss of pressure. I outlined a disinfection process for the system and instructed a follow up special sample, followed by 3 additional routines in March. I also issued a level 1 investigation form to be returned to me by March 31, 2017. ACTION NEEDED: None.
