Details:	SUMMARY: Significant Deficiencies Corrections DETAILS: New gaskets installed on reservoir hatches so they are now watertight. Holes in reservoir walls patched/sealed and are watertight. Diversion box at "South Spring" removed. New seal installed on spring box lid. Raw water sample tap installed at "South Spring." ACTION NEEDED: Follow up with operator to assure that they are continuing to monitor the chlorine residuals daily (and keeping records.) Also, need to discuss with them the CCRs and backflow prevention device testing program.
