Details:	SUMMARY: Deficiency Follow-up - Email DETAILS: E-Mail sent that said:"Dave,Also see your e-mail below.It appears that you have met the requirements of the first significant rule violation (from the WSS-2015). However, we have not yet verified that the DBP water test samples were analyzed in September. Today is the deadline for resolving the outstanding rule violations (see attached survey report). We understand that the information may not have reached the online data base (SDWIS).Please verify that these samples have been collected. Thank you in advance.Regards…"Since the DBP tests needed to be completed during Sept. 2015, we are closing the Deficiency Follow-Up investigation connected with the 2015 WSS.
