Details:	SUMMARY: Positive Total Coliform DETAILS: I spoke with Mr. Gutierrez and advised him of the requirement to take three repeat samples to include one from the same location as the routine positive, one upstream, one downstream, and a source sample that must be labeled as Triggered. He said the samples will be submited to a laboratory today. ACTION NEEDED: Submit three repeat samples and one triggered source sample to a laboratory.
