Details:	SUMMARY: Regulatory Assistance DETAILS: Routine annual nitrate result showed greater than one half the MCL. I spoke with Barb Roos-Franklin via phone. Ms. Franklin was not aware of any new or unique activity at the store. There is no storage of fertilizer or application of fertilizer on the store property. The firm agreed to test nitrate each quarter for a period of one year. ACTION NEEDED: Test for nitrate each quarter for one year. Return to annual testing if quarterly values remain below one half the MCL.
