| Details: | SUMMARY: Lead and Copper Sampling DETAILS: Lead and copper samples were taken 2/26/17, which is outside of the testing months for these chemicals. Also, one of the samples was taken from the Well House Faucet which has never been taken from there and it gave readings over the MCL. It turns out this location is used to water the lawn and is not used by staff. After reviewing the last three sets of lead and copper results it appears the five 2014 sample locations have four of the same sample location sites as the 2011 and 2017 sample sites with the exception of the 2011 site which had Jimmy s Office and 2017 had Well House Faucet. As we know the Well House Faucet is not a good site since it is used for watering the lawn and I would assume Jimmys office faucet would not be used much by staff for drinking. So I asked Warren to continue sampling with the five samples outlined in the 2014 samples: Plant Faucet, Lab Faucet, Office Faucet, Control Room Faucet, and Silo Walkway Faucet. All of these locations are places where employees frequent. ACTION NEEDED: Take the lead and copper samples at the five above locations sometime between June 1 and September 30, 2017. | ||
